The original 1978 Dogtown Wes Humpston Bigfoot Model was an experiment to see how wide a skateboard could go and still work on one set of truck’s. During this time, others in the skate industry were still ripping off the 10″ pig shape made famous by Wes. The experimentation continued with a lot of different shapes, sizes, and dimensions. The most famous being the Bigfoot. The BDS Bigfoot II Skateboard Deck carries on the tradition of innovation by adding an additional 2″ in length to the original plan shape. The Bigfoot II features the same side bevel and deep wheel wells that made the original Bigfoot one of thee most sought after boards in history.
The Bigfoot II is a perfect canvas that can “go big” on the board art.
