It was part of a series of skateboard decks to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Transformers The Movie. The series pays homage to Gen 1 Transformers. This one is the Bastien Salabanzi pro model and features Soundwave. If you place all 8 decks in the series alongside each other it forms one big picture.
