Yes its a real deck with a clock in it. The Santa Cruz Authorized Dealer Skateboard Clock is quality maple construction with clock mechanism included (not suggested for regular skating). It appears to have been released in 2012 and was still available to buy in 2014. The price in 2014 was $51.95.
The clock features plenty of famous skateboard graphics from throughout the years including Meek Slasher, Jessee Guadalupe and Neptune, Kendal Graffiti and Atom Man, Screaming Hand, O’Brien Reaper, Knox Cop Beater, Salba Witch Doctor and more.
Note that this clock was publicly available to buy through the NHS website.

NHS Fun Factory replied It is a clock that mounts into the deck. The deck is real.
